From my college days, I have been observing the problem of unemployment in our country and severely pained in my heart. By seeing the unemployed youth and the rural women who real in poverty, I thought at that time how this people can be helped to earn a living. But at that time it was beyond my capacity and strength.

After my college days, I fully committed in social service activities and developed rapport with the rural communities. I learned more about the community and started involving in capacitating the youth and the women. Because, I found out one of the reasons for rejection of rural youth in job market was lack of adequate skill on specific trade.

Then onwards, AMK Manpower services look forward in its journey with hope to achieve the vision with the participation of the community. Our trainings are equipping youth to achieve their fullest human potential in work thereby enhance their work quality.
